Human Resources and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Prior to this, Nicki was Head of Human Resources at Liverpool Diocesan Schools Trust, providing HR services to 18 Church of England academies across Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester, including 2 schools in Warrington.
Nicki previously worked for the Home Office undertaking a diverse range of roles including as the HR Business Partner for the European Settlement Scheme and as the Home Office Gender Equality Lead. Nicki undertook her professional training in local NHS trusts and has worked in HR and EDI for 14 years.
As a wheelchair user since birth, and a dual-trained HR and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion professional, Nicki is passionate advocate and champion for disabled people, particularly young disabled people, disabled women and disabled parents.
In her spare time, Nicki most enjoys spending time with her husband Lee and her son Teddy.
