Self Management of Chronic Long Term Health Conditions, Patient & Public Involvement in Health & Social Care, Social inclusion, Mental Health.
Eileen has been involved in charitable work for 30 years with her focus on Musculoskeletal Disease and Eating Disorders. In 1996, she trained as a tutor to deliver self-management programme and is still actively delivering these across the North West. In 2000, she became a member of the Patient & Public Involvement Forum, which has now evolved into Healthwatch Warrington and she sits on the stakeholder board as a champion for Long Term Health Conditions. She is a member of the Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust Service User Involvement Scheme and as one of the Infection & Prevention Control Team who won the 2010 Nursing Times Award for Infection, Prevention and Control. Eileen is also a Board member of our Disability Trading Company. WDP Subgroups: Chair of Governance, Safety and attendee of the Risk, member of Human Resources and Finance and IT. Eileen joined the WDP Board in 2010.
