Diane Sandwell

Diane moved to Warrington 40 years ago and has recently retired, she has spent her entire working career in various financial positions. Starting off as a cashier with Midland Bank in the late 70’s through to most recently with a local Apprenticeship training organisation, assisting in the preparation of their accounts. She also worked in the NHS for over 14 years and in one role was responsible for providing evidence to support claims for many varied activities and purchases that the Charitable Funds at 5 Borough Partnership undertook.

A keen Warrington Wolves fan she has assisted at fund raising events for the Wolves Foundation over the past couple of years.

In addition, she is a keen social tennis player and enjoys a good hit alongside a good team catch up.

Diane joined the WDP Board in 2025. She is the chair of the Finance and IT Sub Group.
