Caroline is responsible for overseeing a number of services and departments. These include People Services, Finance and Payroll, Fundraising and Disability Awareness Day. She is also responsible for all the organisational administration (including reporting to the Charities Commission, policies and procedures. She is based within the Finance Department, although can regularly be found assisting with other services, where required. She recently completed a CERT HE in Charity & Social Enterprise Management and she has a diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA Honours Degree in German & Linguistics.
