Mobility Workshop in Warrington

Our purpose-built mobility workshop and service centre is located within the grounds of the Centre for Independent Living Warrington on Beaufort Street in Warrington. The workshop was originally established to support the maintenance and servicing of equipment used within our Shopmobility Warrington fleet and our wheelchair loan service.

Following an extension in 2012, the workshop expanded to provide professional mobility scooter and wheelchair servicing for external customers. Our experienced technicians now carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance for powered wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids for individuals and organisations across the local community.

We also work with a range of organisations, including nursing and residential care homes, NHS services, and other Shopmobility centres, delivering reliable mobility equipment maintenance contracts and repair services.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and accessibility, we also welcome donations of mobility equipment to support our mobility aid recycling scheme, helping us refurbish and redistribute equipment to people who need it most.
