Employment Support

Warrington Disability Partnership has an Employment Team who are specialised in offering a bespoke service for people who need advice and support around employment.

We have a person centred approach that puts each person we work with at the heart of what we do. On a one-to-one basis we can establish together what help and support you may need and tailor that support to enable you to achieve your goal.

This can be by working on employability skills from job searching, completing applications and interview preparation. If you are not quite ready for work we can look at ways to support you that will enable you and prepare you for work in the future. This could be helping you to find training or providing help to obtain voluntary work so that you can start to prepare for the future.

Within our team we have many years of experience specialising in helping anyone who may be finding it difficult to get into employment due to a health condition, disability, learning difficulty, mental health condition or any other challenges they may have. There are also people who are in work but finding things difficult and they may need support around helping them to keep that employment sustainable. We also help people to look for work whilst they are in work, enabling them to change career or make progress in their current sector.
